The best and easiest way to get to Blanes is to take a flight to either Barcelona - Girona airport which is around 30 km distance. This flight will allow you to directly reach Costa Brava and avoid the hustle of getting out of Barcelona. There are daily flights from Brussels Zaventem as well as Charleroi.

To fully enjoy the experience we recommend to take a flight to arrive the latest on Saturday morning and leave on Monday afternoon. Nevertheless due to the beauty of the area you can of course take a bit more time and enjoy a nice vacation.

A second option is to fly to Barcelona El Prat which is around 85 km away from Blanes. 

This option will allow you to be closer to Barcelona should you wish to visit it however you will have to travel longer to get to the wedding venue.

The closest airport would be Girona-Costa Brava Airport.

By bus

Lloret de Mar is connected with Barcelona, Girona and the main european cities via regular bus services and private. Lloret has an international bus station and private stations.

By car

There are 3 entries to Lloret de Mar:

• From south, coast motorway C-32 connects Barcelona with Blanes and the last 12km till Lloret follow N-II road and G-682.
• From north (France) follow the motorway AP-7, exit 9 (Lloret de Mar)
• From northeast, 12 km from Tossa de Mar to Lloret road G-680

If you travel from the south of France, follow motorway AP-7 exit 9 (direction Lloret de Mar) and the last 14km follow road C-63. If you travel from Tossa de Mar, follow road G- 680 during 12km
